Lisa has served as a successful C-Suite global leader and has managed many time-sensitive, large-scale global projects such as startups, turnarounds, reorganizations and cost-savings initiatives driven by private equity environments, as well as launching new HR functions for regional, national and global organizations, developing mass hiring and deficit staffing plans, has been integral in many manufacturing startups. Lisa has managed major global transformation projects within the private equity space and has proven experience within fortune 100 organizations. Lisa progressively built her career on a true generalist background, spent time developing talent acquisition and transformational strategies as a senior leader and director and before establishing Foundations Talent Group LLC, left the corporate environment as Global Head of Human Resources for a private equity portfolio company within the steel industry.

Lisa possesses her BS in Human Resource Management, with a concentration on Operations and Business and is a long-term member of SHRM. Lisa is certified and holds both her PHR and GPHR certifications and resides in Delaware with her husband Jeff who is a 20-year Air Force Veteran and is in his 2nd career currently with the Boeing Company. Together, Lisa and Jeff have four successful adult children, Connor, Kelly, Megan and Emily. Lisa is an advocate for the elderly and for animals and does much philanthropic work in these areas.
